Backup Services

CSS also offers Backup Service. This automated service is available to businesses for protection of their data from irreparable loss or damage. We store the data backups offsite so as to allow an office to restart quickly were it to sustain some type of damage. If damage would occur, a complete backup of your data would be available the next business day.

After a one time $57 set up fee, for $30/month, your office can rely upon a professionally completed backup.

HIPAA

For businesses that need to guard the safety of the data of their customers, we have incorporated all the elements needed in a backup for it to be considered HIPAA secure by government standards. In fact, the security criterion we use exceeds them. On April 20, 2005, a HIPAA security regulation was set in place requiring most medical practices that handle patient data to have a backup and disaster recovery plan in place.

  • 4 weekly backups, 3 monthly backups, 4 quarterly backups, and 1 annual backup will be kept off of CSS's premises and can be made available the next business day.
